CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

All customers are expected to understand and adhere to our terms and conditions. If there is any miscommunication or issue regarding the policies listed, please address these concerns to our company via email at: Oneleven.cc@gmail.com. If customers fail to contact us regarding any issues they have with our policies before making a purchase, those issues will not be addressed or resolved afterward.


SHIPPING TIMES / ITEM DELIVERIES

All products listed as "(ON HAND)" are ready to ship to the customer. We are classified as a small business, and as such, we ask that customers allow 3-5 business days for item shipment. This timeframe accounts for the owner's life commitments and any unexpected USPS delays. By checking the terms and conditions box, customers agree to this timeline. PREORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled as a PREORDER, customers must check the terms and conditions box before completing the purchase. Orders cannot be completed without selecting this box, and it is each customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions regarding PREORDERS. Shipping details will be provided in each order confirmation, which will be sent via email. After purchasing a PREORDER item, customers are committed to the listed duration and must wait until the item is delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, follow our Instagram: @Itsoneleven, where we post regular updates. Emails about PREORDER progress will not be answered until the bulk order for that product is fulfilled and shipped to customers.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases through Oneleven are FINAL. For PREORDER items, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted, as customers must agree to the terms and conditions—including acceptance of wait times—before completing their purchase.


REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Purchases are non-refundable, and items are non-returnable unless shown to be defective or damaged within one week of delivery. For refunds and exchanges, please reach out to our email team at: oneleven.cc@gmail.com.

POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS

If an order was placed and the size, address or incorrect it was placed incorrectly by the customer, there will be a $7 service fee to exchange your ordered size for the correct size. PLEASE, before you rush to make your purchase, double check your order before you place the submit order button to avoid these service fees.
